  • Are responses really anonymous?
    Yes when the survey is configured as anonymous. The responder's identity is detached at submission, only their tenure, department, and separation type are kept for analytics. HR sees aggregate themes, never name-to-answer. We also enforce a minimum cohort size before results are viewable, to prevent re-identification in small departments.
  • When should I send the exit survey?
    WORKSPHR auto-triggers the survey on the day the offboarding record reaches Last-Day-of-Work. Best practice is to allow up to 14 days post-separation for responses, response rates are typically 60–75% for Filipino employees when the survey is anonymous and short (5–7 minutes).
  • What questions should we ask?
    WORKSPHR ships with three themed banks: Compensation & Benefits, Manager & Culture, and Career Growth & Workload. Each is 6–8 questions, mixed Likert + open text. You can customise per separation type so a Resignation interview asks different questions than an End-of-Contract one.
  • Can we tie exit data back to retention metrics?
    Yes. Exit themes appear on the same HR Analytics dashboard as engagement pulse scores and tenure curves, so you can see if a department's drop in engagement two quarters ago predicted its current spike in resignations. The two-quarter lag pattern is one of the strongest leading indicators we've measured.
  • Is this DOLE-compliant?
    Exit interviews are a best-practice, not a DOLE requirement. However WORKSPHR keeps the responses inside the same audit-trail and Data Privacy Act framework as your 201 files, so they're defensible if used in a labor case as evidence of management response to feedback. Anonymity is enforced cryptographically, not just by UI hiding.
