How do you decide who makes the first 37?
Application order plus fit. We aim for a balanced cohort across industries and sizes so the product roadmap reflects the breadth of Filipino businesses, not one segment. As of today, 27 of 37 spots are taken.
What does "locked-in pricing for life" actually mean?
Your per-employee, per-month rate is fixed at the price published the day you sign. It does not increase when WORKSPHR raises standard pricing. It survives plan changes (Starter → Growth → Scale) and headcount growth. It is documented in your MSA so it is enforceable, not a verbal promise.
Is the "3 months Starter free" an auto-renewing trial?
No. There is no credit card on file and no automatic conversion. At month three we send a single email asking whether you want to continue. If you say yes, you continue at your locked-in rate. If you say no, your account closes cleanly with all your data exportable.
What happens if I outgrow the Starter plan during the free 3 months?
You can upgrade to Growth or Scale at any time. The free runway transfers proportionally — for example, if you upgrade after one month of Starter, you get two months of Growth on us instead. Your locked-in rates apply on whichever plan you settle on.
Do I have to be a case study?
No. The case study and the public Founding Partner badge are both opt-in. You get every other benefit even if you choose to stay private. Many of our most engaged Founding Partners stay anonymous and influence the roadmap quietly through the monthly call.
What if WORKSPHR shuts down? What happens to my locked-in pricing?
A reasonable concern. WORKSPHR is built and operated by CRUD.IT Solutions Inc., a registered Pampanga corporation with established enterprise clients beyond the WORKSPHR product line. Our MSA includes a 90-day data export and migration assistance clause if we ever wind down the WORKSPHR product, which protects you regardless of outcome.
